Channel your inner Bratz
In Bratz™: Flaunt your fashion, you start by choosing your character from the original pack—Sasha, Jade, Cloe, or Yasmin. Your adventure begins in your hometown of Stilesville as a rookie reporter. You find scoops in your hometown for Bratz Magazine, earning money to shop for outfits and set styling trends. As you grow and explore, you find other locations such as Barcelona, Spain and Seoul, South Korea.
Graphics-wise, expect the original Bratz art style to come into full view. It is in full 3D and is accompanied by smooth animation, putting the player in complete control of an authentic Bratz experience, much like the animated series. It even has an impressive soundtrack that makes the rest of the game hip and stylish. It’s even filled with minigames to break the ice.
Unfortunately, the game also suffers from a number of issues. Its camera positioning is quite clunky, making the game feel dated. Aside from not giving the player control over the view, it collides with some aspects. Furthermore, the game suffers from control and gameplay bugs, most notably once you reach the Seoul stage. The controls don’t respond well, the characters get stuck, and more.
Good premise, dropping execution
Overall, Bratz™: Flaunt your fashion is a fun experience, particularly for fans of the franchise. In terms of visuals and sounds, it’s as authentic as it gets. The premise even focuses on fashion in true Bratz style. Unfortunately, the game feels unfinished because of several issues users experience. With bugs and technical restrictions, it might not be worth its price.
